GEN-I, d.o.o. again issues 12-month commercial paper with a total nominal value of EUR 30 million

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the Financial Instruments Market Act, GEN-I, d.o.o. hereby publishes the following announcement:

GEN-I, d.o.o. hereby announces that it has successfully concluded the sale of money-market instruments: 360-day commercial paper (designation GEN10) in the total nominal amount of €30 million. The aforementioned issue was again extremely well-received, as the Company received binding offers from interested investors in the record amount of nearly €60 million.

The purposes of the issue are the financing of working capital and the diversification of the structure of short-term sources of financing relative to bank lending.

During the initial offering, 43 investors subscribed to the entire issue of commercial paper. After the commercial paper was subscribed and paid up, it was issued in book-entry form and entered in the central register of book-entry securities managed by KDD (Centralna klirinško depotna družba d.d.) under designations GEN10 and ISIN SI0032502914. The annual interest rate on the commercial paper is 0.85%. The commercial paper will be traded on the organized market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in the bond market segment – money market instruments – commercial paper. GEN-I, d.o.o. will publish a presentation document regarding the listing of its commercial paper prior to the start of trading.

The commercial paper was issued in the scope of a public offering for which the application of rules regarding the publication of a prospectus and other rules in connection with the public offering of securities, as prescribed in Section 2 of the ZTFI, is not required.

Nova KBM, d.d. provided all services and performed all organizational activities for the issuer, and carried out the initial public offering and issue of the commercial paper in book-entry form through entry in KDD’s central register. It will also assist in the listing of the commercial paper on the organized market in the coming days.
