Highest reputation scores propel GEN-I into the top-10 employers for the first time this year
For the ninth consecutive year, the largest Slovenian job portal, MojeDelo.com, presented awards to the most reputable employers in Slovenia at an event held in Brdo pri Kranju on December 5, 2019. According to a survey conducted by Universum Global, which included more than 19,000 respondents, GEN-I ranked at the top of the most reputable Slovenian employers for the second consecutive year.
Our HR representative Andreja Radovan, received the award on behalf of the company.
This year’s new, more in-depth methodology resulted in a great deal of new and interesting data in the research conducted by the MojeDelo.com portal in cooperation with Universum Global.
A total of 19,629 respondents participated in the aforementioned research. Those persons included students and experts with at least a Level VI education (with an academic title), and other students and experts with a secondary school or lower education (without an academic title). The research was conducted between June and October 2019 using an online questionnaire. This year’s research measured criteria such as knowledge of companies as employers, consideration of companies as potential employers, the attractiveness and reputation of employers, and potential applications for vacant jobs at companies, and respondents’ most frequent associations with specific employers.
GEN-I recognized as a top employer and ranked 4th nationwide.
The data obtained this year was comparable for the first time with other countries from Europe and the rest of the world that conduct such research. There was a higher volume of data, which was more focused on specific target groups.
This year’s overall ranking of fourth place put GEN-I amongst the top-10 reputable employers with the highest reputation scores, and thus improved on last year’s ranking of 11th place.
