The natural gas prices in the price list do not include excise duty on natural gas, a contribution for energy efficiency, a contribution for supporting the production of electricity in high-efficiency cogeneration and from renewable energy sources, costs for the use of the natural gas distribution network, surcharges and contributions to the use of distribution networks or any other public levies determined by the state which are billed in accordance with the regulations in force at any given time

GEN-I, notwithstanding the provision in point 3.7 of the General Conditions for the Supply of Natural Gas to customers connected to the natural gas distribution network who have a consumption point classified in the consumption group from CDK1 to CDK8 inclusive, does not charge customers for reminder fees in case of a delay in the payment of natural gas bills, costs of collecting unpaid obligations or the total cost of these services in the event they are carried out by third parties (enforcement agents, lawyers, etc.). This does not apply to the costs of enforcement proceedings, which, upon the Seller’s proposal in an official procedure, can be imposed on the customer by the court according to the rules of the applicable legislation.
