You will receive an email confirming that your application has been submitted successfully. If you did not receive confirmation by email, your application was most likely not submitted. In that case, we advise you to check the form again, or try to re-submit the application using another device or browser. In the event of persistent technical problems, you can contact us at zaposlitev@gen-i.si.
We do not accept applications via email, as all applications are managed exclusively through our website to ensure the protection of personal data. If you are having technical problems, you can send us a description of the problem at zaposlitev@gen-i.si and we will help you find a solution that enables you to submit your application.
The timeframe for feedback depends on the type of process:
- Application for an open position: We strive to inform all candidates within three weeks after the application deadline, and at the latest by the end of the selection process.
- Registration in the candidate database: Since this is not for a specific position, you will receive feedback when a suitable opportunity arises or when we would like to invite you for an interview.
Yes. If you would like us to delete your data, please let us know, and we will ensure its removal in accordance with data protection legislation.
