The timeframe for feedback depends on the type of process:
- Application for an open position: We strive to inform all candidates within three weeks after the application deadline, and at the latest by the end of the selection process.
- Registration in the candidate database: Since this is not for a specific position, you will receive feedback when a suitable opportunity arises or when we would like to invite you for an interview.
Yes. If you would like us to delete your data, please let us know, and we will ensure its removal in accordance with data protection legislation.
Yes, at GEN-I we also work with students, mainly through student work or internships, depending on the needs of each team. Open positions for students are published on our website, faculty portals, and student service platforms.
In the first interview, you will meet a member of the HR team and the team lead who is hiring. The meeting usually takes place online and lasts about 45 minutes. The conversation is relaxed yet professional. We focus on your experience, motivation, and expectations, while also presenting the position and our way of working. We are happy to answer your questions as well.
Yes, we inform all candidates about the outcome of the process. We aim to be respectful and transparent at all stages of the recruitment process.
