The new general terms and conditions shall apply to contracts concluded prior to May 1, 2022, which reference the previously valid general terms and conditions, and to contracts concluded on and after May 1, 2022, which reference the new general terms and conditions.

If a customer with a valid contract or contracts and an annex or annexes thereto does not agree with the provisions of the new general terms and conditions, which are as equally binding on the customer as a contract, they may inform the seller (GEN-I, d.o.o.) in writing accordingly within one month from the effective date of the new general terms and conditions and provide a written statement that they are withdrawing from the relevant contract or contracts because they do not agree with the new terms and conditions. The final version of the amended general terms and conditions and notification (found on the reverse side of a bill/or in a separate letter) of changes, the effective date thereof and the right to withdrawal shall be communicated directly to the customer by the seller.
