You can easily subscribe to the E-mobility service directly on the Moj GEN-I portal. In the Services tab, fill in the registration form and order the desired number of user cards. If you have not used the portal yet, ensure to register on the Moj GEN-I portal and then fill in the registration form for the E-mobility service.

The price of the service consists of a monthly subscription fee and individual charges. The subscription fee is €1.22 per month per user card. The card is free of charge. The price list for each charging station is available on our interactive map.

Both the cost of the service and the amount of any charges will be added to your monthly electricity and/or natural gas bill.

A minimum of 1 card must be ordered to activate the service.

The maximum number of user cards that can be ordered is 10.

Your user card does not work automatically. It is necessary to register in the Moj GEN-I Charge application before the first use, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the E-mobility service. The first E-mobility service fee will be charged on your first monthly electricity and/or natural gas bill and then for all subsequent monthly bills.

The Moj GEN-I Charge app has an interactive map of the charging stations, which gives you information about the nearest charging station and detailed information about the number of plugs, their capacity, the occupancy of each plug and the charging price at each charging station. You can add frequently visited charging stations to your Favourites list. Access the map here.

AC (Slow Charging) is the name given to a charging station that provides slow to medium charging using alternating current. The maximum charging power available is up to 22 kW.

DC (Fast Charging) is the name given to a charging station that provides fast charging using direct current. Typical charging power is between 50 kW and 150 kW (or more than 50 kW).

You can activate the charging of your electric vehicle using the user card that you order when you register, or by using the Moj GEN-I Charge app, which can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.

No. You can only subscribe to the service via the Moj GEN-I portal. The portal is easy to use, and so we encourage you to register as soon as possible and start enjoying the benefits of digital commerce.
