GEN-I’s finance specialists work across four key areas:

• Treasury: We manage cash flow, liquidity and credit insurance, and maintain relations with financial institutions. We are in charge of payment transactions, and secure sources of funds that enable the smooth operation of the GEN-I Group.


• Accounting: We record business events carefully and precisely, prepare financial statements and cooperate with external auditors.


• Taxes: We ensure compliance with local legislation and international guidelines, and manage VAT, corporate income tax, excise duties, and customs duties.


• Financial and business controlling: We manage the planning process, prepare business expectations, monitor business performance, and draw up internal and external performance reporting.

Our team brings together experts from various fields of finance; and we work closely with other business areas, as we believe that finance is the foundation of sound decision-making and strategic development of a company. As the financial environment is subject to constant change – from tax laws to accounting standards – we regularly educate ourselves and upgrade our knowledge to ensure that our operations comply with current regulations.
