Price list details
This price list and these prices apply to new and existing small business customers that use electricity at low voltage, are not households, have a connected power equal to or less than 43 kW (and not for the supply of electricity to common areas of multi-apartment buildings) and, during the period of the special offer, 21 December 2023 to 15 January 2024 (EXTENDED TO 15 FEBRUARY 2024), are entitled to take advantage of the special offer and meet all the conditions under the provisions of the Content, Terms and Conditions for the Participation of New and Existing Electricity Customers in the special offer (hereinafter: Content, Terms and Conditions of the Special Offer), which are available here.
The price list referred to below and the special offer prices apply from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026 inclusive. Those prices shall apply to and be calculated for new and existing customers in accordance with the Content, Terms and Conditions of the Special Offer. After this period expires, the seller shall bill the customer for electricity under the applicable Regular Electricity Price List for Small Business Customers,the General Terms and Conditions , and the Contract on the Supply of Electricity to a Small Business Customer.
Under the provisions of the Content, Terms and Conditions of the Special Offer, the seller reserves the right to terminate the special offer at any time and/or change the terms, conditions and the provisions of the special offer and the way the elements of the special offer are calculated.
The tariff prices on all price lists published on this page do not include excise duty for electricity, the costs of the network charge, the energy-efficiency levy, the levy for ensuring support for the production of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration and renewable energy sources (the high-efficiency and renewable sources levy), the levy for the functioning of the market operator or any other charges levied by central government.
The duration of specific PT, OT and ST tariff items is defined in the Act on the Methodology for Defining the Regulatory Framework and the Methodology for Calculating the Network Charge for Electricity Operators, which is issued by the Energy Agency.
