Price list details
The benefit or advantage for the end customer who enters into an electricity supply agreement with a fixed price for a specified period lies in the application and determination of a fixed contractual electricity tariff price for the duration of the Annex on the Determination of the Fixed Electricity Price to the Electricity Supply Agreement for Household Customers, in accordance with the special price list GEN-I Fiksni – Gospodinjski odjemalci. In this way, by opting for the above price list, the end customer is protected from any changes or increases in the supplier’s electricity tariff prices under the applicable regular electricity price list for household customers, as well as from potential fluctuations in electricity market prices.
Conversely, the risk for the end customer is the binding nature of the fixed-price period determined by the Annex on the Determination of the Fixed Electricity Price, since the end customer may not terminate or withdraw from the Electricity Supply Agreement for Household Customers before the expiry of the fixed-price period. Likewise, during the fixed-price period, the end customer may not switch to any other valid electricity price list for household customers offered by the supplier, even in the event of a potentially more favourable offer from the supplier or a decline in electricity market prices.
The price list is valid from 23 October 2025 onwards, until revoked or amended, for all household customers who purchase electricity for their own household use. The stated offer and price list do not apply to the supply of electricity for the common areas of multi-apartment buildings.
The supplier will provide all customers who validly conclude the Annex on the Determination of the Fixed Electricity Price to the Electricity Supply Agreement for Household Customers with a fixed price for electricity tariff rates and other services for a period of 12 months from the start of application of the provisions of the annex, in accordance with the GEN-I Fiksni – Gospodinjski odjemalci price list, the provisions of the annex, the contract, and the general terms and conditions for the supply of electricity to household customers.
The prices of individual tariffs in the price list do not include the electricity excise duty, network charges, the energy efficiency contribution, the contribution for supporting the production of electricity in high-efficiency cogeneration and from renewable energy sources (the CHP and RES contribution), the market operator fee, or any other charges imposed by the state.
The duration of each tariff period is determined by the general act of the Energy Agency.
