Price list details
The price list applies to the supply of natural gas to household customers in consumption groups CDK1 to CDK8. This price list, which takes effect on 1 December 2024 and shall remain valid until withdrawn or changed, is also valid as an offer for basic natural gas supply under Article 80b of the Gas Supply Act (Uradni list RS, 204/21, with amendments, hereinafter: ZOP) for household and joint household customers as defined by the ZOP.

The natural gas prices in the price list do not include excise duty for natural gas, the energy-efficiency levy, the levy for ensuring support for the production of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration and renewable energy sources, the costs of using the natural gas distribution network, surcharges and levies for the use of distribution networks or any other charges levied by central government in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Without prejudice to the provision of point 3.7. of the General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Natural Gas to Customers Connected to the Natural Gas Distribution Network that have a consumption point in consumption groups CDK1 to CDK8, GEN-I does not charge customers for issuing payment reminders if they are late in paying their natural gas bills, the costs of recovering overdue payments or the entire cost of these services if they are provided by third parties (enforcement agents, lawyers, etc.). This does not apply to the costs of enforcement proceedings incurred by the customer, reimbursement of which may be ordered by a court, at the seller’s motion, in accordance with the rules of the legislation in force.
