Can I join new promotions on the portal?

... Of course. Whenever there is a live promotion, you can join directly via the portal. On the right top part of the page, click the user profile icon, select the ‘Settings’ tab, then click the ‘Promotions’ tab and confirm the selection of the promotion you desire.

Can I change my username?

... No. You cannot change your username. If you are no longer using the e-mail address connected with the portal, please inform us on the Moj GEN-I portal, using the ‘Send us a message’ tab, so we can deactivate your username. You can then re-register on the portal with a new e-mail address.
