Interview
The first interview is conducted by a member of the HR department together with the team lead that is hiring. It is usually conducted remotely and lasts approximately 45 minutes. We focus on your experience, motivation, and expectations, while also presenting the position and our way of working. We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have. The purpose of this meeting is to check mutual compatibility.

Second interview
In the second round, we meet in person to get to know each other better and discuss the possibility of working together in more detail.
Practical assignment
When the job requires specific knowledge or skills, we may invite you to complete an assignment. This helps us better understand your way of thinking and professional fit.
Psychological assessment
Psychological assessment helps us to more accurately evalutate the candidate's suitability for the job, supplement the impression from the interview, and plan appropriate support and a development oriented environment.
Once all interviews and procedures have been completed, we inform all candidates of the outcome. If we have decided not to proceed with you at this time, we may, with your permission, retain your information for future opportunities.
We invite the selected candidate to a meeting where we present the offer, explain the terms of employment, and agree on the start date.
After accepting the offer, the HR department guides you through the entire administrative process. This is followed by a medical examination and the signing of the employment contract.
